Welcome to Our New 1/43rd Section

Our website has been unchanged for longer than I care to remember. It was originally designed in the days of dialup, so was heavy on listings and short on pictures.

Spurred on by a new digital camera I've been photographing all the models again, this time with the emphasis on lots of larger pictures. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so let's hope that applies here!

The lists are now combined with pictures, and I've divided the figures up into Early, 1960's and Modern periods, based on what the driver would wear at the time.

Early is flying helmets and early helmets plus ordinary clothes or cotton overalls.
1960's is Bell helmets and cotton overalls.
Modern is Full face helmets and fireproof overalls, so anything from the 1970's up to the present day.

I hope you'll find it easy to use and that the new pictures will give a better idea of the models themselves. There are buttons linking to each period always at the top, and the Modern section is divided into Drivers, Pit Crews and Accessories.

I think the site all works ok, but if you find any problems, broken links etc., do please let me know, designers checking things is entirely different to the experience of customers!
